JSF Production supplies a broad spectrum of filter cartridges. The choice of filter cartridge generally depends on the suspended solids percentage within the liquid.
JSF offers independent advice on the correct configuration, ranging from standard sediment filters to certified membrane filters for the pharmaceutical industry.

Filter cartridges for polishing and/or process filtration are available in the following material grades:
Polypropylene – Polyester – Nylon (NMO) – Cotton – Stainless steel (SS)
String-wound – Melt-blown – Pleated
DOE (double open end) – with or without adapters
Compatible with common standard filter housings
Technical Specifications

The correct replacement for any filter housing

A filter cartridge only functions effectively when it achieves a perfect seal. We supply all standard industrial end caps and lengths:
End caps: Choice of DOE (Double Open End), Code 7 (with bayonet lock and two O-rings), or Code 3.
Materials: Polypropylene (PP), Nylon, Polyester, and Stainless Steel, including seals available in EPDM, Viton, or Silicone.
Food safety: Filters complying with FDA and EC 1935/2004 regulations for Food & Pharma.
Micron ratings: Precision filtration available from 0.5 µm up to 1000 µm.
