The performance of a filter cloth is determined by the combination of the selected yarn type and the weave pattern. JSF advises you on the optimal configuration:
Materials: Polypropylene (standard), Polyester (for elevated temperatures), or Polyamide.
Weave styles: Monofilament – multifilament – mono-multifilament, and other structural weaves.
Finishing: Calendered to achieve a smoother surface profile for enhanced cake release.
