Screen tensioning service for industrial applications
The screen tensioning service from JSF Production focuses on the (re)tensioning of screen frames and the supply of new screens and tensioned screens. The precise mesh size, tension, and finishing ensure optimal screening efficiency.
Proper tensioning of screen frames is critical to the performance and capacity of a sieving machine.
(Re)tensioning of sieve frames
The retensioning of existing sieve frames offers significant cost savings through the reuse of the frame itself. Worn or damaged wire mesh is carefully removed and replaced with new mesh according to specification.

Screen tensioning workflow
The screen tensioning service is carried out for both dry and wet applications. The process is carefully adjusted depending on the installation and technical specifications.
01
Removal
Removal of worn or damaged wire mesh, including an inspection of the screen frame for wear or deformation.
02
Preparation
The wire mesh is tensioned under controlled parameters on a tensioning table.
The frame is prepared for the installation of the new mesh.
The frame is prepared for the installation of the new mesh.
03
Application
The wire mesh is mounted onto the frame by means of bonding (gluing), or where applicable, seam welding or soldering.
04
Finishing and inspection
The screen frame is finished and fully inspected for correct tension and dimensional accuracy.
New sieve frames
In addition to retensioning, we also supply brand-new sieve frames. These are manufactured based on your specific application and installation requirements.
Tensioned screens
Tensioned screens for vibrating sizers are custom-manufactured according to your required specifications and application. The design is optimized based on the installation type, load capacity, and required mesh configuration.

Request Screen Tensioning Service
To ensure correct execution, precise dimensional data, the type of installation, and the specific application are essential. A tailored quote will be prepared based on this information.
Transport Service
Frames can be collected and returned—along with any required components—according to prior agreement. Applicable transport options can be included directly in your quote.
Back in production quickly
When downtime occurs, speed is critical. In urgent cases, sieve frames and tensioning services are always prioritized to minimize production losses as much as possible.
In most cases, a frame can be ready for production again within 24 hours.
