To guarantee optimal performance in your process, JSF Production offers a wide range of configurations. Choosing the correct weave type and wire diameter determines not only the accuracy of your separation but also the resistance and service life of the mesh.
Open Area: JSF calculates the exact open area of the mesh to ensure you achieve the maximum flow rate.
Weave Types:
Plain Weave: The most common (sieve) mesh for universal applications.
Twill Weave: Finer mesh sizes providing additional flexibility.
Dutch Weave: Engineered for very high mechanical loads during extremely fine filtration (nominal/absolute filtration ratings).
Certification: All our wire mesh for critical applications is supplied with material certificates (3.1 certificate) and complies with the strictest FDA and EC 1935/2004 directives for food safety. Delivered in accordance with ISO 9044.
